Unfortunately at this current time we are unable to ship to Europe and the Rest of the World this service has temporarily been suspended until further notice
We check, pack and dispatch items each weekday by midday. All orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail which will need to be signed for on delivery. Orders usually take between 2 – 4 working days to reach you in the UK.
If ordering from Europe, your order will likely take between 5 – 10 working days. If ordering from the rest of the world, your product/s will likely reach you in 10 – 15 working days.
These estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and commence from the day of dispatch.

If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay customs or import duties on your order. The country you are ordering from may have restrictions on the acceptance of adult products and we are not responsible for any difficulties this may cause.
We are required to mark packages sent overseas according to international postage codes.
We are not able to control import duties for international orders and cannot take responsibility for these charges. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Discretion all the way
We are the soul of discretion here at Sent To Thrill. Every enquiry, order and transaction you make remains strictly between you and us. When you place an order, we personally pick it off our warehouse shelves and send it to you in plain, ordinary packaging.
The majority of our products are packaged in their own box which is then placed in a plain cardboard box ready to be posted.
Your payment and personal details also stay confidential. Your bank statement will show a payment has been made to STT Ltd.
We want you to shop in confidence with us and we’ll regularly review our approach to being discreet to look for improvements.
Need to return something?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return to us within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Please return in the external packaging provided or similar. We will exchange or refund you as long as everything arrives undamaged and unused. Once we have received the return your refund will be processed less the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we are truly sorry and will replace the product with a replacement or refund you.
