How do I best clean and care for my Sent To Thrill products?

Clean often: We recommend you carefully but thoroughly clean your products after every use with hot water and a gentle antibacterial soap. This will stop bacteria growing and help keep them in good condition too. If your toy isn’t waterproof, take care not to fully submerge it in water and remove the batteries first.

Dry thoroughly: Air-drying is the best way to dry your toys because it keeps off lint and fluff.

Use the correct lubrication: All our products are mainly made from silicone so please only use water-based lubricants. We stock Yes! and Sutil lubrication which are recommended for use with your products.

How should I store my Sent To Thrill products?

Store them in a cool, dry (preferably private) place and out of the reach of anything that might damage them.

If you’ve got more than one toy or pelvic exerciser, keep them separate so that they don’t touch. Always remove the batteries too.
